"Have used Chuck Norris' agency and State Farm for many, many years for auto and house insurance. Today, I called to get a "ball park estimate" of insurance for a new car. The agent rep gave me an immediate "best guess" based on a few parameters of the new vehicle. Best of all, the estimate was very reasonable considering how much insurance premiums across the industry have risen lately. Definitely recommend this agency!!"

"I walked in no apt. on a Friday afternoon after a very stressful MVA/Bank/Credit Union ordeal, was warmly greeted then taken care of by Bianca. "I can't say enough about Chuck and his employees, especially Jian with whom I have had the most contact. This is our 2nd time doing business with them as we moved to Florida and then came back. This agency is the best. They are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Their rates are competitive and we initially switched due to an almost 50% decrease in our auto policy when we switched from Nationwide. Also, they are easy to reach unlike the State Farm Agency in Florida which was hard to reach and were so busy that it was hard to get questions answered or needs met."
