Shelly has been especially helpful in keeping us up to date with our policies, and takes the time to explain everything. She is so friendly and thorough, and never rushes us when we have questions about literally anything regarding insurance. We would definitely recommend this office!"

"I have been a client with Chuck now for over 45 Years. During that time both he and his office have acted in a caring, personal, dedicated and extremely professional attitude. Whenever I call the office, all the people that answer to phone are always attentive and responsive to my needs and wants. I recently moved out of state and some adjustments had to be made to my policies. Adding and deleting certain parts. I converted from a monthly plan to a semi-annual plan. I started receiving bills directly from the home office and the changes that should have been made were never adjusted. I have been working with Shelly S. in Chuck's office. She took control of the situation and straighten out the entire problem. I requested quote for Auto Insurance late in the evening on Thursday and was contacted was contact by Jian Wang early in the morning on Friday providing me the quote as well as giving different options to save the costs. In the addition to the Auto Insurance Policy, I also bought Renters Insurance Policy and soon will get Umbrella inSurance Policy.
