Since 1998, I have been an integral part of Chuck Morgan's office, where I have dedicated my experience to helping customers create their Personal Price Plan for auto, home and life insurance. Prior to joining Chuck's team, I obtained my Associates degree from Catonsville Community College, equipping me with a solid educational foundation. I excel in effectively managing the service operations within the office.

For the past 21 years, Columbia has been my home, and since 2012, I have had the privilege of working alongside Chuck. With a bachelor's degree in Finance from Towson University, I bring a strong educational background to my role. Helping individuals with their auto, home, and financial requirements is my true passion. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Fuzhounese allows me to cater to a diverse range of customers. As a father of two young children, my enthusiasm to ensure that life goes right for others is further amplified.

Fluency in Spanish allows me to effectively communicate with our customers and assist them in comprehending the intricacies of their car, home, and life insurance policies. I derive great satisfaction from identifying and addressing any gaps in coverage that they may have been previously unaware of. At our office, we take immense pride in our commitment to go above and beyond in providing exceptional assistance to our valued customers.

With a background as a former member of the USAF, I have had the privilege of living in three countries and five states, granting me firsthand knowledge of how life's transitions can necessitate the need for protection. Additionally, my B.A. in Women's Studies from The Ohio State University, coupled with over a decade of Customer Service experience, has equipped me with a diverse skill set to cater to the unique needs of a wide range of customers. Moreover, my fluency in Spanish further enhances my ability to provide comprehensive assistance.

In 1984, I embarked on my journey with State Farm as an employee of a Florida-based Agent. However, my path led me back to Maryland in 1992, where I was fortunate to be hired by Chuck as a Personal Account Representative. Over time, I demonstrated my dedication and capabilities, leading to my promotion as his Office Manager, a role I successfully fulfilled for a decade. In pursuit of new opportunities, I ventured into a different career in 2002, but my connection with Chuck remained strong. I later returned on a part-time basis to help manage Chuck's social media presence and advertising efforts.
