I walked in no apt. on a Friday afternoon after a very stressful MVA/Bank/Credit Union ordeal, was warmly greeted then taken care of by Bianca. Bianca was professional yet very personable, helpful & honest, and assisted with everything I was looking for in a timely manner. I left with more efficient and cheaper car & renters insurance than I walked in with. Navigating insurance and other adulting areas in your 20’s is anything but fun, but I was really comforted by this team in my process after wandering in.

Had an excellent experience with the staff and made joining State Farm a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend anyone to talk to them. Saved a lot and better coverage. All out great company.

I can't say enough about Chuck and his employees, especially Jian with whom I have had the most contact. This is our 2nd time doing business with them as we moved to Florida and then came back. This agency is the best. They are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Their rates are competitive and we initially switched due to an almost 50% decrease in our auto policy when we switched from Nationwide. Also, they are easy to reach unlike the State Farm Agency in Florida which was hard to reach and were so busy that it was hard to get questions answered or needs met.
